  1. This is license agreement for the program "RunIt!".

  3. Read the clauses of the agreement before using this software.

  5. This license agreement is a legal agreement
  6. between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  7.  and the author of this software package
  8. (Keleos Software). By installing or otherwise using
  9. this software you agree to be bound by this agreement.
  10. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, 
  11. you may not install or use this software.
  12.  
  13. You may install and use an unlimited number of 
  14. copies of this software on your computers.
  15. You can not include this software in any program package
  16. without certifiable author's permission.
  17.  
  18. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part 
  19. of this software.

  21. All rights in the software are owned 
  22. by the author of this software.

  24. This Agreement will immediately and automatically 
  25. terminate without notice if you fail to comply 
  26. with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree 
  27. upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product 
  28. together with all of its component parts, prior and 
  29. replacement versions, and all copies and modifications 
  30. thereof in any form.

  32. The author of this software does not guarantee that this 
  33. software is free from bugs or free from viruses.
  34.  
  35. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 
  36. THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND 
  37. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, 
  38. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
  39. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
  40. PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH DESCRIPTION, TITLE 
  41. AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

  43. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO 
  44. EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, 
  45. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES 
  46. OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
  47. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, 
  48. LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) 
  49. ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE 
  50. PRODUCT , EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
  51. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  53. Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared 
  54. void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, 
  55. such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms
  56. hereof.
